The Magistretti production, referred to the domestic living dimensions, becomes a party “alla Castiglioni”, in a dar ambience where the headlights are accurately focused to put in evidence the objects peculiarity, composed in an unusual way. The most precious pieces and prototypes of furthest drawings are enclosed in two boxes with windows; while various samples, collected in stacks of objects, evoke the scope of the industrial product, just like the wall of Vicodue, Silver, Maui and Vicoone chairs, as well as the Marocca cluster. Other objects are elevated to the rank of emblematic cornerstones, as the Atollo lamp (threshold sign to enter the world of the author) or the Malalunga couch, the Nathalie bed, Eclisse and Teti lamps – composing the name “Vico” at the entrance.
