GIBIGIANA

Lighting fixture, concentrated and adjustable reflected light. The light source is composed by an halogen of 12 watt – 12 volts. The lamp comprises aluminum case, transformer, dimmable switch, fuse, and a light source directed to the top.

The internal components are enclosed into an insulating shell that prevents the aluminium from overheating. The switch, with a dimmer control, is on the back of the lamp, in a plastic round shape to favor the thumb and index grip.

This concentrated light, ideal for tasks that require attention and focus in an environment with a little or no lightning, to read in bed not disturbing someone else.

The name comes from childhood memories, when the kids are amused by reflecting sun rays with a little mirror o piece of glass, making the “gibigiana”, as this naughty game was called in the popular Lombard terms.
